La Capannina Beach

La Capannina Beach

Also known as Spiaggia di Ponente and located six kilometres from the town of Tortolì, La Capannina is considered a haven of peace and relaxation thanks to its wide open spaces and tranquil atmosphere.

The water is crystal-clear and transparent, while the seabed slopes gently, making the beach suitable for young children. The medium-fine sand is soft, warm and ochre-coloured.

A pine forest separates the beach from the Tortolì Lagoon.

Standing guard over the shoreline is the Isolotto d’Ogliastra, which can be seen in the distance in all its beauty.
