Sos Aranzos

Sos Aranzos is a beach in the municipality of Olbia, along the coast towards Golfo Aranci. Pale sand, clear water and the profile of Tavolara on the horizon make it one of the most recognisable beach stops in the area.

The beach is compact but broad enough to include seasonal services and free sections. The water takes on especially pale turquoise tones on calm days.

Tavolara dominates the view towards the south-east and makes the beach instantly recognisable. It is one of the strongest visual links between Olbia and the nearby marine protected area.

Rocky and sandy sections create varied seabeds that can be enjoyable for swimming and snorkelling when the sea is calm.

Sos Aranzos lies between the beaches of Pittulongu and Golfo Aranci. Their proximity does not mean they all need to be visited on the same day.

Sos Aranzos is a strong beach stop for anyone staying in Olbia or Golfo Aranci. It can be paired with an evening visit to either town or with Capo Figari.
