San Teodoro

San Teodoro is one of the best-known beach destinations on Sardinia's north-eastern coast, famous for pale sandy beaches, lagoons and views towards Tavolara.

The town is a lively holiday base, with restaurants, services and nightlife that animate the centre in summer. Its location makes many of the area's most famous beaches easy to reach and is also convenient for boat trips and excursions within the marine protected area.

La Cinta is San Teodoro's signature beach, stretching beside the lagoon. Farther north are Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi, while around Capo Coda Cavallo the landscape opens towards Tavolara and a succession of bays and coves.
