Bosa

Bosa is a picturesque town on the western coast of Sardinia. Set along the River Temo, it combines colourful architecture, historic landmarks, nearby beaches and distinctive local traditions.

The history of Bosa

Bosa has ancient origins and was shaped over the centuries by different Mediterranean powers. This layered history is visible in its architecture and monuments. Malaspina Castle, built in the Middle Ages on the hill above the town, remains its most recognisable landmark.
